Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key IT Consultant specializing in Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, focusing on the company's proprietary Linux-based telephony system, 'heinrich.' Day-to-day responsibilities include taking ownership of VoIP PBX systems built on Asterisk, performing installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance for corporate clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and planning new telephony solutions, conducting customer training, and providing essential Second Level Support. Furthermore, the role requires supporting the sales team with technical expertise and solution presentations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Informatics and practical experience with Linux, with previous exposure to Asterisk and SIP protocols being highly beneficial.
