Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing IT services, focusing heavily on client-side technology and mobile device management within a dynamic environment. The Service Manager will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 services, particularly EntraID, Intune, and the Defender portal, alongside software packaging and distribution, ideally using RoboPack. Key responsibilities include providing 2nd-level support for mobile devices (iOS, iPadOS, Windows laptops), managing central printer control (RICOH Streamline), and overseeing the central software distribution to mobile endpoints. A crucial part of the job is steering and optimizing the external Service Desk to ensure smooth IT support, managing external service providers for mobile contracts, and participating in IT projects, sometimes as a project lead. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification, experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change Management), and strong customer orientation, ready to contribute to IT security readiness.
