Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Planner responsible for managing electrical projects from initial planning through final acceptance. Day-to-day tasks involve determining project fundamentals, coordinating closely with clients, architects, specialist engineers, and executing firms, and overseeing construction sites. The Planner will be responsible for designing comprehensive electrical systems, covering both high-voltage (power) and low-voltage systems, creating detailed specifications, and guiding technical draftsmen. The position also requires taking on site management duties, including monitoring the performance and costs of electrical contractors. Key requirements include a successful background (training or degree) in Electrical Engineering, practical experience in planning electrical installations, and proficiency with industry-specific tools like Dialux and iTWO, alongside MS Office.
