Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a skilled Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or Architecture professional to join the Schwarzenbek-Land Office in a permanent, full-time capacity (39.0 hours/week, part-time possible). The role focuses heavily on civil engineering projects, including acting as the client representative, overseeing, coordinating, and billing construction projects. Key responsibilities include updating municipal sewage concepts, managing private drainage and construction applications, and planning/optimizing infrastructure like water supply, sewage systems, and road construction. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or vocational training with advanced certification (Master/Technician), strong project management skills, and experience with public procurement laws (HOAI, VOB, VOL, UVgO). This position requires a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to work conceptually, often involving participation in evening committee meetings.

Education
Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or Architecture (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)), or completed vocational training in a civil engineering trade with further training as a Master (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in)
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering projects (desirable)
- Knowledge of procurement law (Vergaberecht) (desirable)
- Professional experience in public administration (advantageous)
