Job Summary
The State Enterprise SIB is seeking a full-time Data Management Officer for a two-year fixed-term contract within the Technical Facility Management division in Dresden. This role is crucial for maintaining a valid data foundation as property management processes become increasingly digital. Day-to-day tasks involve the structured collection of data related to technical systems, buildings, and contracts by reviewing existing documentation and conducting on-site inspections. The officer will independently organize and coordinate data provision, perform data audits and evaluations, and link data within the CAFM system to digital documents in the Document Management System. Key requirements include a technical background or experience in the real estate sector, strong PC user skills (especially MS Office and ideally CAFM systems), and excellent German language proficiency (C1 level). Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for the intermediate non-technical administrative service OR successfully completed vocational training with a technical focus OR in property/real estate management OR a beneficial technical vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building services (advantageous)

- Fixed-term contract (2 years); Must possess a Class B driving license and willingness to drive an official vehicle; Must provide a declaration confirming no previous employment relationship with the Free State of Saxony (due to fixed-term contract law).
