Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical engineering department for a top employer specializing in special vehicle manufacturing in Tauberbischofsheim. The Master Electrician will be responsible for the technical leadership and development of the team, ensuring timely, quality, and quantity-compliant production within the electrical domain. Day-to-day tasks include installing, testing, and repairing electrical components and assemblies, wiring control panels and driver stations, conducting complex maintenance and modernization projects, and meticulously documenting all work. A key component of the role is the final testing and commissioning of vehicles according to strict quality standards. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an Electrician/Electronics Technician, further qualification as a Master Electrician, and experience in team leadership and scheduling, ideally with knowledge of various PLC controls.
