Job Summary

As the Head of Tableting Department, you will lead and manage the tableting operations, ensuring the GMP-compliant production of tablets and dragées. Your daily tasks will involve operating, maintaining, setting up, and cleaning production equipment, meticulously documenting all processes, and managing logbooks and protocols. You will also be responsible for data entry in the ERP system, supporting qualification and validation activities, and implementing safety guidelines. A key part of your role will be addressing quality assurance measures like deviations and CAPAs, and coordinating your production team's tasks. This role requires a background in pharmaceutical production, ideally with leadership experience, and offers a dynamic environment within an innovative pharmaceutical company.
