Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the daily organization and planning of the operating room (OR) area for the MVZ OSG Eye Center in Lüdenscheid, part of Germany's leading ophthalmology providers. The Head of OR Management will be responsible for organizational personnel management for the OR and anesthesia functional services, acting as the central interface to ensure seamless collaboration among medical and nursing staff. Key responsibilities include supporting the adjustment of OR scheduling, developing, implementing, and optimizing processes, and maintaining thorough documentation of services rendered to ensure transparent information flow. Candidates must bring a completed healthcare qualification, specialized in the OR field (e.g., advanced training for OR service), and several years of professional experience in ophthalmology and the OR area. Initial leadership experience is advantageous, alongside strong organizational skills, high quality awareness, and reliability.
