Job Summary
Böcker Maschinenwerke GmbH, a leading developer and manufacturer of height access technology, is seeking a Team Leader for Electrical Pre-Assembly to ensure smooth operations, quality, and timely output within a team of approximately 13 employees. This role involves the operative leadership of the team, including personnel planning, development, and serving as the primary contact person for the department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical tests according to applicable standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement using Lean methods and KVP (Continuous Improvement Process) principles. Key qualifications include a background in electrical engineering (e.g., as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician), ideally with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a technical degree with initial production experience. Expertise in PLC control, CAN-BUS technology, and electrohydraulics is highly desirable, along with very good German language skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field (e.g., as an Electrician for industrial engineering or Mechatronics Technician), ideally with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a technical degree.
Experience
- Experience in a comparable leadership role
- Professional experience in a production environment (if holding a technical degree)
- Experience in managing quality, time, and team performance
