Job Summary

This role is for an IT Administrator/Applications Operation Engineer to join a small, experienced team focusing on Linux and Open-Source solutions within the company's data center, serving clients in the utility and waste management sectors. The core responsibilities involve the technical support and integration of central applications, including document management, invoicing, AI, and IoT solutions, ensuring their smooth operation. The engineer will conduct functional testing, error analysis, and coordinate bug fixes with suppliers and the internal development team. A key focus is driving the automation of interfaces and data flows, while actively contributing to the development of the system landscape, including exposure to Cloud infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes and OpenStack. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of operating Linux and Windows-based applications and basic networking skills, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to complex, new technologies such as DevOps and Cloud concepts.
