Job Summary
This role involves acting as a Java Architect, primarily focused on the design and development of highly scalable and fault-tolerant Microservice architectures for public sector digitalization projects in Germany. The professional will be responsible for designing technical infrastructure, developing backend components, and creating BPMN workflows for process orchestration. Key tasks include conceptualizing graphical user interfaces for application monitoring, developing and maintaining existing software components, performing developer tests, and creating technical documentation. This position requires strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and messaging systems like Red/Hat AMQ/Kafka. The role offers significant remote work flexibility but requires occasional project-related travel to client sites, primarily in Düsseldorf/NRW and nationwide, making strong communication and client alignment skills essential for analyzing requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or similar field, alternatively certified IT Specialist for Application Development
Experience
- Professional experience in architecture and interfaces
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Java development, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Red/Hat AMQ/Kafka, UML 2, and Oracle 18/PostgreSQL
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in developing frameworks and libraries in the Java environment
