Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Management Specialist to drive the continuous improvement and strategic oversight of the company's QMS. Day-to-day responsibilities include elevating existing quality management systems with fresh ideas and preparing for and managing complex external audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and IFS Logistics. The specialist will serve as the primary internal and external contact for regulatory questions, ensuring group-wide implementation of German and European legal standards. Collaboration is key, involving close coordination with sales, purchasing, suppliers, and external testing institutes for critical document control and release processes. The ideal candidate possesses a technical, chemical, or commercial background, proven QA/QM experience in a certified setting, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
