Job Summary
This critical commercial leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic and operational success of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Neuroscience franchise across Germany. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Key Account Management (KAM) team, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence aligned with European and global objectives. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the national German sales strategy, overseeing all sales operations, and implementing data-driven decision-making using CRM insights and market intelligence. A core function involves acting as a strategic connector across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams to ensure compliant, seamless collaboration and integrated account planning. The successful candidate must combine strategic vision, strong leadership acumen, and hands-on execution skills within the dynamic and highly regulated biopharma industry, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and adherence to company values.
