Job Summary

This strategic Director role involves overseeing the total availability of intralogistics and building technology systems across all fulfillment centers in Switzerland and Germany. The Director will functionally lead a large, multi-national team of approximately 100 specialists, including the Heads of Technical Maintenance and Facility Management. Key responsibilities include establishing new maintenance and facility management departments at the new Neuenburg site, managing multi-site budgets for energy and service contracts, and negotiating with suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree, significant experience leading large, multi-site technical teams, and a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and scaling technical excellence within a high-growth e-commerce environment. This position reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics and is crucial for the international expansion of the company's highly automated logistics network.
