Job Summary

This role involves managing an independent customer base within the Greater Berlin and Brandenburg area, ensuring the flawless operation and availability of complex security technology installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning and comprehensive system service for security systems, coordinating all contractual services, and acting as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The technician is expected to perform structured functional tests, proactively maintain systems, and ensure compliance with economic and contractual obligations. Furthermore, the role requires identifying and forwarding potential business opportunities to the sales team and advising clients on system optimization and improvements. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrotechnical vocational qualification, be certified as a Qualified Electrician, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities and organizational skills.
