Job Summary

This role involves providing critical field service for specialized fuel cell and battery test systems, primarily within the Central Germany region. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance, repairs, and calibration of test benches directly at customer sites, alongside system commissioning and rigorous quality control checks of installed systems. The technician will also provide essential technical customer support, both on-site and remotely, and is responsible for preparing and conducting training sessions for both internal and external clients. Key qualifications include a degree or technical qualification in relevant engineering fields such as electrical engineering, measurement technology, or mechanical engineering, coupled with professional experience in battery or fuel cell testing systems. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional who possesses strong customer orientation, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to interface closely with project managers and ensure high customer satisfaction in a specialized engineering environment.
