Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated PLC Programmer specializing in Mechanical and Plant Engineering to join an internationally operating engineering firm based in Rostock. The core responsibility involves the independent creation and revision of PLC programs and visualizations for complex machinery and plant projects. A significant part of the job includes conducting and supporting commissioning activities, often extending into maritime industrial applications. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with initial practical experience in developing control programs and visualizations. Essential technical knowledge includes measurement, control, and drive technology, as well as industrial network and bus technology. This position offers exposure to challenging, large-scale projects and requires a strong technical aptitude and good English proficiency.
