Job Summary

This role is for a Service Engineer specializing in Emission Measurement Systems, focusing on ensuring the quality and operational readiness of particle measurement technology. Day-to-day tasks include performing rigorous quality testing on new equipment prior to customer commissioning, alongside routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of measuring devices within the company's dedicated laboratory. The engineer provides crucial technical support to clients, utilizing telephone and remote access, with necessary on-site support primarily in the Frankfurt region. A key responsibility involves preparing and conducting technical training sessions for both internal staff and external customers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Field Service Teams to drive product improvement and modification initiatives. Requirements include an engineering degree in Measurement, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technician qualification), expertise as an Electrical Specialist, strong IT skills, and fluency in written and spoken English.
