Job Summary
This role involves maintaining the operational readiness of engine and vehicle test benches for an internationally operating engineering company specializing in complex mechanical and plant engineering projects. The Service Technician/Master Technician will be based in Nuremberg and primarily focus on the calibration and maintenance of installed measuring and testing systems, alongside commissioning and functional testing of new test bench technology. A key part of the job is providing technical support and consultation to customers, often on-site. Candidates must have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, supplemented by further education as a Technician or Master Craftsman. While professional experience in this specific field is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Success in this role requires a high degree of independence, strong organizational skills, reliability, and fluent German language skills, coupled with basic English proficiency.
