Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of engine and vehicle test benches for an international engineering company specializing in complex mechanical and plant engineering projects. The Service Technician will be responsible for the calibration and upkeep of existing measurement and testing systems, as well as the commissioning and functional testing of new test bench technology. Key responsibilities also include providing technical support and consultation to customers, often on-site. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, possess fluent German and basic English skills, and demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, flexibility, and team capability. Experience in service operations and/or the automotive sector is a plus, making this an attractive role for technically inclined professionals seeking varied challenges in the field of emissions testing technology.
