Job Summary

This role, based at Stuttgart Airport, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full cycle of customer billing and payment processing. Day-to-day tasks include creating, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable based on complex customer contracts, specifically involving aircraft owners and charter flights. The specialist will monitor payment inflows, process complaints, support customer audits, and provide essential assistance during monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring period-appropriate revenue recognition. Key requirements include successfully completed commercial training, proven professional experience in accounts receivable, and strong numerical affinity. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is mandatory, with experience using DATEV being a significant advantage.
