Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated (Senior) IT System Administrator to act as a key technical sparring partner and stakeholder liaison within a globally operating, family-owned manufacturing company. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving operational disruptions, proactively monitoring systems, and providing 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer. A major focus will be on the active administration of Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Server, network infrastructure, and the Microsoft 365 environment. The administrator will also be crucial in planning, executing, and leading various IT projects, particularly in IT security and infrastructure, contributing significantly to the group's future-proof IT vision. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, hybrid environments, cloud migration, virtualization, and network security, coupled with fluent German and business-fluent English skills.
