This role involves comprehensive planning, design, and execution of complex wastewater treatment projects, serving municipal clients in the infrastructure, water management, and environmental sectors. The engineer will be crucial in expanding and revitalizing existing treatment facilities, including new construction of sludge digestion towers, sludge dewatering systems, and secondary clarifiers, as well as implementing advanced purification stages like trace substance removal and phosphate precipitation. Key responsibilities span all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) service phases, including conceptual studies, project presentations, construction supervision, and invoicing. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, several years of professional experience in wastewater treatment, and strong technical understanding of plant systems. The position offers a highly versatile field of work, focusing on future-oriented development in wastewater purification within a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment.
