Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager / Technical Coordinator to act as the permanent Site Manager for a single, fixed client location in Alzenau. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating a small team of 4-5 employees, ensuring rigorous quality control, and managing external service providers efficiently. A critical component of the role is serving as the primary point of contact for the client, handling project status updates, addressing open issues, managing billing processes, and driving additional business through proactive quotation creation and calculation. Candidates must bring a strong technical background, requiring a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification combined with a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience. Extensive technical understanding and long-term experience in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), specifically HVAC, sanitary, gas, and water systems, are essential.
