Job Summary

The Telemedicine Coordinator will play a central operational role in establishing and expanding future-oriented telemedicine services at Klinikum Stuttgart, strengthening cross-site and regional collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently coordinating and scheduling teleconsultations (Telekonsile) between external clinics and internal specialist departments. The coordinator will handle the organizational preparation, administrative follow-up, and technical support during consultations. Key qualifications include a university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Health Management, Public Health, Medical Technology, Business Administration in Healthcare, or a comparable field. The role requires strong technical interest and understanding of telemedicine software and digital processes, along with the ability to systematically analyze and optimize complex clinical workflows.
