This role involves joining the Broadcasting and Video Production team to design, plan, and optimize live and recorded production infrastructure, specifically focusing on all audio topics. The Junior System Engineer will be responsible for setting up and testing audio equipment, developing and managing broadcasting and pre-recording productions, and executing highly focused internal and external broadcasting events. A crucial part of the job is developing and maintaining technical documentation, creating 'How To' guides for employees, and investigating new audio solutions for implementation. This position requires 5 years of experience as an audio engineer in the broadcasting industry, high proficiency in English and German, and expertise in specific tools like Fairlight in DaVinci Resolve, Dante, NDI, and Frame.io. The successful candidate must thrive in high-pressure environments, collaborate globally, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver flawless production projects.
