Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level application support for a customer's Document Management System (DMS). The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for handling all inquiries related to the DMS, managing user permissions and access (Usermanagement), and conducting detailed error analysis and documentation to assist the development team with bug fixing. A key part of the job is continuous system improvement through regular communication with business partners and specialist departments, alongside supporting the testing of new software developments. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or equivalent technical qualification, proven experience in support within a DMS or similar software environment, and excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
