Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction and building technology, particularly within industrial facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, oversight, and execution of construction, development, energy, and renovation projects. Key duties include developing concepts and implementation plans, managing project budgets, collaborating with specialists, authorities, and construction companies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, preferably focused on building technology, or a relevant technical qualification, coupled with demonstrable experience in technical facility management and project management of construction measures. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in German and good English proficiency.
