Job Summary
This role is for a proactive 2nd Level IT Support Specialist with a focus on Citrix environments, joining a 12-person in-house team within a Munich-based financial sector company. The specialist will be the crucial link between 1st Level IT Support and Citrix Server Administrators, primarily responsible for advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution in Citrix AHP, Exchange Server, and Active Directory. Key responsibilities also include creating and maintaining IT documentation, building a comprehensive knowledge base, contributing to the conceptualization and setup of new IT environments, and assisting with IT administration tasks.
