Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating sustainability initiatives related to building services and structural facilities across various service buildings and rehabilitation clinics. The Sustainability Manager will be crucial in implementing resource-efficient, energy-efficient, and sustainable construction concepts, including the implementation of an Energy Management System (EnMS) according to ISO 50001. Key responsibilities include project management for complex new builds and renovations, acting as the client representative, ensuring compliance with construction and technical occupational safety guidelines, and managing public procurement processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Sustainable Engineering or Technical Building/Facility Management, possesses at least three years of relevant professional experience, and has comprehensive knowledge of building physics, thermal building simulation, and sustainability certification systems.
