Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary and functional management of the Network, OT (Operational Technology), and Endpoint Security team, acting as the cost center manager. The Team Lead is responsible for creating, managing, and continuously developing services within these security domains. A key focus is on the technical leadership of team members across multiple locations, ensuring the continuous development of proactive, detective, and reactive measures, and defining the company's Cyber Resilience strategy for Network and Endpoint Security. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses practical expertise in Network and Endpoint Security, and has proven project and technical leadership skills. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and optimizing operational processes.
