Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the precision and compliance of welded assemblies and components within a manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting and meticulously documenting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) results, specifically Visual Testing (VT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), in accordance with relevant norms and regulations. You will perform geometric dimension checks, oversee comprehensive quality controls—including coating inspections—during the final assembly phase, and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation and test protocols. Key qualifications include vocational training in materials testing or a related metal technology field, coupled with mandatory Level 2 certification in VT and UT according to DIN EN 9712. The position requires fluent written and spoken German skills, the ability to work at heights, and flexibility for a 2-shift system.
