Job Summary
This part-time role (up to 12 hours/week) as a Trainer / Instructor for IT Specialists in Application Development offers a unique opportunity to shape the future workforce within one of Baden-Württemberg's largest diaconal care organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous development of the application development training program. Key duties include leading engaging theoretical and practical training units, specifically tailored for young individuals requiring special educational support. Furthermore, the instructor will conduct assessments to determine the aptitude and suitability of trainees for the profession and provide essential support during examination preparation. This position requires a qualified IT Specialist with professional experience, practical technical knowledge (experience with HTML, SQL, Python, or Azure is beneficial), and a passion for mentoring young people and conveying complex technical content clearly and target-group appropriately.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or comparable qualification; Instructor Aptitude Examination (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) is highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience and practical technical knowledge
- Experience in developing training curricula for vocational education
- Experience working with young people in vocational training
- Experience conducting suitability and aptitude assessments
- Ideally, holding an Instructor Aptitude Examination certification
