Job Summary

This Senior Data Scientist / Data Analyst role involves driving sales success by applying expertise in campaign analysis and product development within the telecommunications sector. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and validating functional requirements for campaigns and product developments, followed by their technical and functional conceptualization. Key duties include building and maintaining the technical offer logic for products like mobile and fixed-line services, and independently implementing real-time campaigns using a decision support system. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret customer behavior and anticipate needs, coupled with excellent communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product Management, Marketing, and IT, ensuring optimal real-time customer interactions and offers. Candidates should possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable IT-related field and experience in data analysis, ideally within B2C mass-market, telecom, or retail.
