This senior role demands precision and innovation in designing complex Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, medical technology, and defense. The successful candidate will independently manage and coordinate layout orders, acting as the primary interface between customers and internal technical departments, overseeing the entire process from initial component placement concept through to final manufacturing handover. Key responsibilities include generating precise manufacturing documentation, strategically maintaining and developing component libraries, and advising clients on component strategy and design data administration. Applicants must bring over five years of deep professional experience in PCB layout, coupled with proficiency in at least one major ECAD tool (e.g., Zuken, Siemens Xpedition, or Altium Designer). The position offers continuous expert development, flexible working models (flextime and home office), and the opportunity to specialize in advanced areas like signal integrity simulation.
