This role is ideal for a Junior IT Specialist responsible for maintaining the company's functional IT infrastructure. Day-to-day duties involve acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and departments regarding all IT-related inquiries and problems at the Weißensberg location. You will provide technical assistance for client systems, telecommunications, and printers, managing incident and request tickets within First and Second Level Support. Key tasks include classifying and resolving tickets, documenting solutions, creating technical manuals, and managing the setup, teardown, installation, and inventory control of workstations and IT assets. Candidates should possess completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and Microsoft software environments.
