Job Summary
This role is perfect for a business professional passionate about turning entrepreneurial ideas into sustainable, structured businesses. As a Startup Coach and Business Consultant, you will guide aspiring and existing self-employed individuals through the process of establishing, stabilizing, or realigning their ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing individualized coaching, conducting modules on financial planning, marketing, and controlling, and ensuring participants understand complex business topics through practical application. You will handle documentation, coordinate with external stakeholders, and provide interculturally sensitive advice, particularly to participants with migration backgrounds. Key requirements include a business degree or commercial qualification, at least two years of relevant consulting experience (especially with SMEs), and secure knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and financial planning. Commercial vocational qualification or relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Education, Economics)
Experience
- At least two years of experience in startup or business consulting
- Experience consulting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) or owner-managed businesses
- Professional experience in adult education (ideally)
