Job Summary
The Municipality of Bad Schönborn is seeking an Administrative Assistant (part-time, 70%) to join the Central Administration Office, focusing on Digitization, Organization, and IT. This role is pivotal in maintaining digital citizen services on platforms like Service BW and Formsolutions, managing the IT mailbox, and actively participating in municipal council affairs. Day-to-day responsibilities include protocol keeping during council meetings (approximately two per month), processing departmental invoices, and providing crucial support in archiving and procurement. The ideal candidate will possess a background as a Certified Administrative Specialist or equivalent, experience with municipal council work, and familiarity with specific administrative IT systems like regisafe. This is a responsible, varied, and demanding position offering flexible working hours and a stable, permanent contract within an attractive community setting.

Successfully completed training as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience with regisafe and regisafe Council Information System
- Experience and knowledge in committee work (Gremienarbeit)
- Professional experience in administrative tasks
- Willingness to attend and minute approximately two council meetings per month
- Experience with the service platform 'service-bw' and 'Formsolutions' (advantageous)
