Job Summary

The Calibration Technician will join an expert team within an accredited calibration laboratory, focusing on precision measurement and technical execution for an international client base. Key day-to-day responsibilities include the mechanical connection and preparation of force, torque, and multi-component transducers using appropriate adaptations for development and production measurements. The role involves independently conducting measurement series on modern testing facilities, fine-tuning sensor characteristics by precisely soldering resistors to ensure measurement accuracy, and ultimately performing complex calibrations using various reference standards. Candidates must possess a background in mechatronics, fine mechanics, or electronics, demonstrating strong manual dexterity, detail orientation, and a high commitment to quality. Initial experience with sensor or transducer technology is beneficial, coupled with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic.
