A key focus is on applying LEAN methodologies and conducting risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) within the development and manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing manufacturing data to identify optimization potential and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, Development) to continuously enhance testing processes and facilities. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, advanced LabVIEW development skills (CLD), and foundational experience in power electronics measurement and circuit technology.
