Job Summary

This part-time (50%) and fixed-term position involves providing essential First-Level and telephone support to users within a large non-profit foundation dedicated to helping children and youth. The specialist will be responsible for the daily maintenance and administration of system hardware and software, managing printing systems, and meticulously documenting all IT assets.
