Job Summary

This role is ideal for a hands-on Development Engineer specializing in mechanical design and prototyping, focusing on the transition of custom prototypes into standardized series products. Day-to-day tasks involve the mechanical design and construction of precision components and assemblies using tools like SolidWorks, alongside the simulation and optimization of ultrasonic and active components, potentially utilizing Comsol. The engineer will be responsible for building, commissioning, and refining prototypes and test setups, including planning and executing validation trials. Key qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, excellent knowledge of mechanical design, and a strong interest in simulation (vibration, structural mechanics, acoustics). This position offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and customers, driving the industrialization and serial readiness of innovative mechatronic systems within a small, agile team environment.
