Job Summary
This role involves crucial work in the development and integration of electronic components, specifically tailored for marine systems. The Electrical Engineer will analyze product and component requirements to form sound technical concepts, focusing on the development, selection, and design analysis of electronic components while ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and economic viability. A key function is coordinating the development of individual components and integrating them smoothly into existing or new system architectures. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Mechatronics, coupled with initial professional experience or several years of experience if qualified as a Technician. Success requires familiarity with distributed systems analysis methods and practical experience using version control (like Git and SAP) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence), alongside strong communication skills and fluency in German.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Mechatronics, or completed electrical technical vocational training followed by further training as a Certified Technician.
Experience
- Initial professional experience (if holding a relevant university degree)
- Several years of professional experience (if holding a Certified Technician qualification)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and SAP
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
