Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Field Service Technician specializing in advanced video surveillance and management systems, primarily serving large customers within critical infrastructure in the Rhine/Ruhr region. The daily routine involves traveling in a company vehicle to customer sites to install, maintain, and service complex video security solutions. Key tasks include configuring networks, setting up video analytics software, performing detailed troubleshooting and field tests, and providing comprehensive, structured customer training on system operation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrotechnical qualification, ideally supplemented by a Technician degree, and bring at least two years of experience in video and network technology.
