Job Summary

You will also be tasked with analyzing customer complaints, advising the internal customer service team, and contributing technical content for marketing materials and user manuals. Utilizing project management software like ASANA is also part of the workflow. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution. Experience in the lighting sector is beneficial but not mandatory. The position offers a collaborative environment with flat hierarchies and flexible working hours.
