Job Summary

This role offers an exciting career opportunity as a Plant Technician within a successful pharmaceutical company located in Springe, Germany, operating in a continuous shift system. The primary responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment, ensuring operational readiness under strict cleanroom conditions. Day-to-day tasks involve operating and servicing machinery, alongside meticulous technical documentation. Candidates must possess a completed technical apprenticeship in fields such as plant mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with readiness to work full-time in alternating shifts (early, late, and night). The ideal candidate brings experience in troubleshooting, optimization of production facilities, and strong knowledge of electrical engineering and IT. This position is initially temporary staffing with a clear goal of permanent employment by the client.
