Job Summary
This role involves designing the electrical foundation for cutting-edge system solutions across wind energy, solar, and battery storage facilities. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming innovative concepts into functional, safe, and efficient switching systems, directly contributing to the energy transition. Key daily tasks include creating, adapting, and maintaining electrical schematics using EPLAN, planning and calculating electrical systems according to relevant norms, and managing technical documentation and change approvals. The ideal candidate possesses electrical technical training, proficiency in EPLAN, and strong knowledge of industry standards. This position offers technical depth, creative freedom, and the chance to work in an innovative, future-oriented sector with flexible working hours and home office options, collaborating closely with project management, development, and manufacturing teams.
Required Skills
Education
Electrical technical training, preferably further education (Technician, Master Craftsman, or Bachelor degree).
Experience
- Routine and confident handling of EPLAN
- Professional experience in Renewable Energies or industrial plant construction (beneficial)
