This role is critical for driving digitalization within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. The Process Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of customer-focused reference processes, specifically targeting cross-product sales activities within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing utilization data, market trends, and regulatory requirements to generate process optimization impulses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining comprehensive process documentation. The ideal candidate brings at least six years of relevant professional experience, strong analytical skills, and broad banking expertise.
