Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of daily IT processes by taking ownership of technical issues, conducting analysis, and providing effective resolutions. The IT Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for users, assisting them with technical questions and problems, while also being responsible for the installation and configuration of both hardware and software. A key part of the job is the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or be a career changer with proven IT knowledge, ideally possessing initial practical experience in IT support. Proficiency with ticketing systems, standard IT environments (Linux, Windows, Microsoft 365), and strong German and good English language skills are essential for success in this customer-focused role.
