Job Summary
This role focuses on elevating technology solutions for clients within the electrical and automation engineering sectors. The Requirements Engineer is responsible for the complete requirements lifecycle, including the identification, analysis, and evaluation of requirements based on system and customer specifications. Key daily tasks involve estimating effort and risk, creating deviation lists—especially concerning device safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)—and monitoring the adherence to quality rules for requirements. The role requires close collaboration within an international development team and the ability to present results effectively to customers. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field. Professional experience, particularly with PLM software solutions like DOORS and Polarion, is highly desirable. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to complex development projects and requires strong coordination skills and fluency in both German and English.
